We provide individualized, effective, evidence-based physical fitness to the autistic adolescent and adult.

We coach physical skills that matter the most for each autistic individual's fitness growth.

Our professional knowledge and experience pinpoints the exclusive fitness program of each autistic participant.

Autism and Exercise is a recent introduction to the autism community and we are current on exercise strategies for this participant.

Our specialized physical fitness training builds a solid base for each individual to perform and excel.

The reaction of our autism fitness training service is a blend of engagement, reinforcement and entertainment.

Our program builds understanding between the participant and our coach, which produces a great relationship and successful fitness sessions.

Here is a sampling of what we implement with our autism fitness program:

  • Assessment: Conduct a behavioral assessment to help us identify how best to interact with a participant and a physical movement assessment to help us target the participants starting base of exercise.

  • 1 on 1 Service: A trained coach individually guides each participant through their specific fitness program.

  • Educational Consulting: Our service includes extensive experience working with nutrition. We can help you navigate through the participant's food choice and eating habits, especially as it relates to our physical fitness programming.

What our parents are saying about the DangerousFit Autism Exercise Program:

“If you’re looking for a fitness program for your child with autism, look no further. Dangerous Donna works so well with my son and motivates him to complete his workout routine in various ways. She is truly and angel in disguise.” -Ashley Davis

“Excellent location and overall experience for my autistic grandson to get cardio and weight training. He looks forward to going and feels a sense of belonging and accomplishment he does not get from sports. In the eight sessions he has completed with “Dangerous Donna” there has been a noticeable difference in his physical appearance and attitude toward exercising. Donna is patient and makes the entire experience rewarding.”. -Mary Curtright
